|Recommended: YesI Love living here at Metro Pointe, the staff management have really improved our environment Living. By Updating and giving Metro Pointe a new face Look as far as the renewing the parking lots, windows Patios, the pool and Gym areas which really looks beautiful. Making A huge difference and upkeep to the buildings hallways inside decor, new mailbox units and just a big facelift on the Apartment appearance. It truly Looks so nice and attractive now. So a Big kiddos to the Staff members, housekeeping staff, Maintenance, Contractors and Management. I like to thank Metro Pointe for the huge improvement done here. I love being a tenant here and I take Pride living at Metro Pointe and Last but not Least, living very close to the Metro Subway system, MTA buses and right close to The Riestertown Plaza Mall is a win win. You can’t go wrong when you have all that right at your fingertips. Lol You Go Metro Pointe. 👍

|Recommended: YesLove the Staff- Friendly Helpful. Long Time Resident — The best part about living here is the staff at Metro Pointe. Lauren, Brittany, Tonya, Shakera, and Dorian are so helpful and friendly. Eddie, Mike, and Kevin provide excellent service and they have been at the property for awhile, always looking to help with a smile. I have been here for over 50 years and have truly enjoyed all the new changes. I have had reservations about the change, but Metro Pointe is a lot better because of the current staff.

|Recommended: YesBlue ocean move over meet MetroPointe — Hello I'm a Resident of MetroPointe apartments. I have lived in these apartments for the past 4-5 years I have lost track . Since metropointe took over it has been no signs of late night hanging on the basketball court. Security features have been added, someone is always available to answer your questions in the leasing office. Giants, Biglots, Marshall, and Homedepote are walking distance. I love it here currently and they are doing an excellent job with the new management. The online features are awesome, save me money and have improved my life. Thank you.
|Recommended: NoMetro — Been living here for almost 4 yrs. Love every minute, but I do have an issue with getting things done as far as maintenance.

|Recommended: YesHuge Apartments, Affordable, Convenient and Responsive — I love my apartment, it is spacious, well lit and the best part- LOTS OF CLOSET SPACE The neighborhood is convenient close to metro and shopping but a little sketchy. However, the new management has been doing a great job of updating the buildings with cameras and soon, security doors. The apartments are aging and there are issues that spring up, but maintenance has been quick to respond. Management has recently replaced all of the windows as well as started renovating units. All in all, definitely a bargain if you are looking for space and convenience.
|Recommended: YesEnh but we'll see soon — I honestly appreciate the leasing office staff - they alleviated issues that I had on a larger scale without needing to escalate. I may not be all that big of a fan of Aion as an entity but Brittany and her team are great Kudos on good hiring practices
